I went to Chester zoo with my friend Esme. I thought the Merecats were funny because they stood up on there hind back leg's so they could look out for danger. Somebody gave the Meercats there lunch and a Rhino looked over the wall and I thought he or she was jealous of them because they were having there lunch and went on with he or she's walk...
I had noticed the doggy blog but not your visit to the meerkats. They stand so tall and yet are so small. In Melbourne there is a meerkat enclosure in the newly opened Children's Hospital. The lives of the sick children are brightened by the meerkat family. The staff from the Melbourne Zoo tend to them daily.
